El impulso a la formación del personal técnico para la industria mexicana: las aportaciones de Gonzalo Robles y Manuel Bravo Jiménez, 1945-1960

Abstract

El trabajo pretende reconstruir las aportaciones de Gonzalo Robles y Manuel Bravo Jiménez en la formación y capacitación de personal técnico durante los anos de 1945 a 1960, período que se ubica en el proceso conocido como el “milagro mexicano”, donde el crecimiento se fundamentó en el desarrollo industrial. La dinámica del proceso industrial encontró varios obstáculos, entre ellos, la falta de personal técnico y la capacitación continua del ya existente. Ante ello, Robles y Bravo emprendieron, desde el Departamento de Investigaciones Industriales del Banco de México, una serie de investigaciones y estrategias tanto para conocer la estructura del personal técnico ocupado como las recomendaciones a emprender en el corto y mediano plazo como parte de una planeación económica nacional.
