Abstract

El escenario competitivo en el cual se mueven hoy las empresas se ha configurado a través del proceso histórico que las sociedades humanas han transitado por diversos estadios de su formación económica. De esta manera, una de las características del entorno competitivo actual es el paso de una economía sustantiva a una economía arcaica que finalmente se estaciona en una economía de mercados de alta complejidad. En este sentido, el ser humano ha desarrollado toda su capacidad en la construcción de un mundo material en el cual debe sobrevivir y llevar su existencia.
