Caracterización socio-económica y desempeno productivo de las microempresas artesanales en la ciudad de Santa Marta (2000 - 2009)

Abstract

El presente artículo es producto de una investigación que presenta un análisis de la dinámica del sector artesanal en el distrito turístico de Santa Marta, teniendo en cuenta variables de tipo social y económico, bajo un enfoque descriptivo y utilizando un modelo econométrico clásico para definir los determinantes de los ingresos. Los hallazgos del estudio han permitido conocer las falencias de esta tipología de empresas y establecer recomendaciones para empresarios, universidades y gobierno local.
