Hacia el diagnostico de perdurabilidad empresarial

Abstract

Este estudio presenta un modelo que tiene por objetivo establecer una metodología con la cual las empresas puedan describan su combinación estratégica. Para el diseno del modelo se toma como fuente de información la experiencia en 318 empresas colombianas, la experiencia es descrita a través de directivos y lideres con posiciones de liderazgo. La metodología de diseno del modelo se base en inferencia difusa básica, se opta por esta metodología dado que es un mecanismo apropiado para describir la incertidumbre de cada componente de la estrategia y sus mutuas relaciones.
