Abstract

ResumenLa vasta expansión del crédito a lo largo de los últimos 20 anos, ha creado las condiciones para una importante crisis financiera mundial. Por otro lado, el Banco Mundial ha admitido que el capital ya no está fluyendo desde los países de alto ingreso hacia las economías que lo necesitan para apoyar su progreso", es decir, que los países pobres están financiando a los ricos. Finalmente, la integración de los tratados de libre comercio y el ALCA consisten, para los países Latinoamericanos, en comprar más de la economía estadounidense y venderles menos. La pobreza en aumento y los déficit latinoamericanos, los estamos cubriendo con las remesas de los migrantes, nuestra mejor mercancía de exportación.Abstract: The vast expansion of the credit throughout last the 20 years, has created the conditions for an important world-wide financial crisis. On the other hand, the World Bank has admitted that "the capital no longer is flowing from the countries of high entrance towards the economies that need it to support their progress", that is to say, that the poor countries are financing to the rich ones. Finally, the integration of the Free Trade Agreement and the ALCA consist, for the Latin American countries, in buying more of the American economy and selling to them less. The Latin American poverty in increase and deficits, we are covering them with the remittances with the migrantes, our better merchandise of export.."
