Abstract

“El presente artículo ilustra los beneficios económicos que ha derivado el país de sus exportaciones petroleras y los altos costos que pagó durante la década en que se convirtió en importador neto. Para este propósito se analizan las consecuencias de las exportaciones e importaciones del petróleo y sus derivados sobre la balanza de pagos del país, el ahorro interno, la situación fiscal y las finanzas de Ecopetrol (secciones II y III).”
