Abstract

A finales de los setenta se empezó a reconocer la importancia creciente del sector informal de la economía en los países en desarrollo, identificado en unidades empresariales muy pequeñas, la mayoría de ellas unipersonales, para las cuales se comenzó a acuñar el nombre de "microempresa".
