Abstract

Este artículo presenta un panorama general de la educación en Colombia por medio de un conjunto reducido de indicadores. A partir de este diagnóstico, el artículo propone varias estrategias para aumentar rápidamente el acervo de capital humano, especialmente en lo referente a la educación preescolar, secundaria y terciaria. Finalmente, el documento discute algunos escenarios de "política económica" sobre reformas educativas.
