Abstract

El artículo contiene comentarios a la nueva ley de protección al consumidor que entrará a regir en Colombia a partir del mes de abril de 2012 y que regulará la relación entre consumidores y proveedores de bienes y servicios, en dos temas específicos: La garantía legal de los bienes y la responsabilidad por producto defectuoso. Estos temas se abordarán desde la perspectiva de la regulación legal haciendo énfasis en las omisiones de la ley o los puntos que podrían generar discusiones de interpretación.
