Interrelación del Derecho con la economía: dos ópticas

Abstract

En la actualidad existen dos ópticas para relacionarel derecho con la economía. La primera es laconocida escuela Law and Economics, nacida en losEstados Unidos, cuyos fundadores fueron losEconomistas y en especial R. H. Coase (PremioNobel de Economía 1991) y que parte del métododel análisis económico del derecho.La segunda óptica, se ha denominado DerechoEconómico", en donde la relación del derecho conla economía se logra a través de la regulación de laeconomía.Se verá más adelante cómo los juristas handesarrollado sus propios principios para el acercamientoal sistema económico."
