El futuro de los clusters y las cadenas productivas
Abstract
Este artículo presenta un esquema de análisis acerca de la utilización de la previsión tecnológica en el desarrollo de visiones de futuro para clusters y cadenas productivas. Inicia con una breve descripción de la evolución histórica de los programas nacionales de previsión tecnológica. Posteriormente se centra en el análisis de la subteoría de la competitividad y clusters de Michael Porter, haciendo énfasis en sus limitaciones conceptuales y metodológicas para el desarrollo de visiones de futuro.
