Perentoriedad de una nueva ética política para el desarrollo colombiano

Abstract

A pesar del quiebre ético, de los mecanismos de participación democrática yde las garantías a partidos y movimientos, los partidos siguen intercambiandovotos por favores, practicando la corrupción, sin reivindicar la política.Se necesita un nuevo contrato social verdadero, sin estafa: lo que se dice, sehace. Pero no solo para que el político cambie; es necesario modificar lacultura social y la psicología de los corruptos por normas culturales quefavorezcan el desarrollo sostenible a escala humana. Es imperioso el disenoprospectivo para modificar los valores, potenciar las políticas públicas ysolucionar la ecuación Estado-Sociedad Civil.Proponemos una nueva Constitución y un nuevo modelo político-económicopara establecer una economía social de mercado.
