Las competencias en la formación del profesional contable: una revisión de las posturas institucionales y educativas en Colombia

Abstract

Este artículo presenta una revisión de literatura sobre el tratamiento que ha tenido el concepto de competencias en la formación a nivel de la educación superior de los contadores públicos en Colombia. De igual manera, bajo una perspectiva taxonómica, el presente documento aborda la cuestionada pretensión desde la racionalidad instrumental que permea los discursos sobre competencias en la formación de los profesionales contables. Posteriormente, se presenta una revisión del concepto desde los principales referentes en la literatura de la disciplina contable, que involucran desde los proyectos internacionales, las posturas educativas, hasta las disposiciones normativas sobre el tema, y algunos de los principales cuestionamientos a la formación de este tipo
