Abstract

ResumenEste trabajo presenta dos tipos básicos dedecisión organizacional: la decisiónestratégica y la decisión operativa. Sostieneque ambos tipos de decisión se veninfluenciados por los rasgos de identidad dela organización y que además cada uno deellos tiene una relación particular con elfactor tiempo. Para ilustrar estos elementos,la última parte los ubica en el contexto de lasdecisiones de investigación universitaria ysugiere que la gestión estratégica puede serel elemento articulador entre las relacionesdecisión-tiempo que se dan tanto al interiorde la organización como entre ésta y suentorno.
