Los supuestos del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo, 2010-2014: Un análisis cuantitativo de metas y escenarios

Abstract

Resumen: El Plan Nacional de Desarrollo define la hoja de ruta para los hacedores de política en Colombia y establece una serie de supuestos económicos para los próximos cuatro anos. Este documento persigue dos objetivos: primero, evalúa cuantitativamente la consecución de las metas propuestas económicas de los últimos planes de gobierno; segundo, utiliza un modelo alternativo, construido con base en la teoría macroeconómica tradicional, para realizar un análisis de las implicaciones de corto, mediano y largo plazo de los supuestos del Plan nacional de Desarrollo actual. Los resultados muestran que las metas económicas son ambiciosas dadas las condiciones estructurales de la economía colombiana, por lo que se requieren estímulos adicionales en inversión y productividad para alcanzar los objetivos planteados.
