Impacto De Las Variables De Percepción En La Creación De Empresas De Mujeres En Colombia

Abstract

De acuerdo con el Informe GEM, en Colombia la tasa de emprendimiento femenino ha sido menor que la de los hombres en los últimos tres anos. El análisis de las seis variables seleccionadas -temor al fracaso, autopercepción de habilidades, percepción de oportunidades, conocimiento de otros empresarios, existencia de negocios similares y motivación para emprender- puede explicar las diferencias en la creación de empresas por hombres o por mujeres. Los resultados muestran que ante características demográficas similares de la muestra estudiada, las diferencias en la tasa de emprendimiento femenino en Colombia se explican por las características personales de los emprendedores.
