La dinámica del nuevo orden económico mundial y las reformas a la educación superior

Abstract

Esta versión que publica la Revista Apuntes del CENES, hace parte de un textomás extenso en el que se incluye además, el análisis de las reformas a la EducaciónSuperior en América Latina y en los Estados Unidos de América. Este avance, portanto, versa, primero, sobre el análisis de las principales características del NuevoOrden Económico Mundial que moldean y condicionan el desenvolvimiento de laUniversidad a nivel mundial, y en particular en cada una de las regiones política yeconómicamente reconocidas. En segundo lugar, se realiza un análisis de lasprincipales tendencias y lineamientos que estructuran la reforma al Sistema deEducación Superior en Europa, del que se muestran sus peculiaridades,contradicciones y vacíos y se confronta con el experimento Tuning o proyecto deun número representativo de universidades europeas orientado a crear su propio yautónomo espacio de educación superior. En este aspecto se asume de maneraligera lo que hasta ahora ha avanzado la adecuación del sistema universitario espanola los lineamientos del Espacio Europeo de Ensenanza Superior - EEES, adoptadoen la Conferencia de Bolonia._________ABSTRACT:This version that publishes university press Apuntes del CENES, is part of anextensive text but in which it is included in addition, the analysis of the reforms tothe Superior Education in Latin America and the United States of America. Secondly, it is made an analysis of main the tendenciesand lineamientos that structure the reform to the System of Superior Education inEurope, of which are their peculiarities, contradictions and emptinesses and confrontswith the Tuning experiment or project of a representative number of Europeanuniversities oriented to create his own and independent space of superior education.In this aspect it is assumed of slight way what until now has advanced the adjustmentof the Spanish university system to the lineamientos of the European Space ofSuperior Education - EEES, adopted in the Conference of Bolognia.
