La agro cadena panelera y el alcohol carburante en Boyacá

Abstract

En los últimos anos ha venido adquiriendo una crucial importancia el montaje decadenas productivas agroindustriales. Las cadenas productivas se han convertidoen un eslabón infaltable en la concepción y formulación de las estrategias decompetitividad sistémica, enmarcadas en las políticas horizontales promovidaspor las agencias internacionales. Una agrocadena importante, por su impactosocial, es la de la cana panelera. Ante la deprimida situación que experimentanlos canicultores del país una de las alternativas viables la constituye la reorientaciónde la producción para abastecer las plantas destiladoras de alcohol carburante,una de las cuales se proyecta instalar en la Hoya del río Suárez, zona canicultora,en donde convergen los departamentos de Santander y Boyacá._________ABSTRACTDuring the last years, the mounting of productive agro-industrial system hasacquired a crucial importance. The productive systems have become an essentiallink in the conception and statement of competitive strategies. These are framedinto horizontal politics which are promoted by international agencies. The canapanelera agro system is so important due to social impact. In the present depressedsituation, canicultores have one of the viable alternatives. It is constitutedby the production reoriented in order to supply the fuel alcohol plants. Oneof this is planned to be set up in la hoya del río suarez, canicultora zone, whereSantander and Boyacá departments converge.
