Abstract

La integración de la economía mundial durante los pasados veinte anos hatenido progresos importantes en lo que respecta al aumento del productomaterial. La experiencia de los países que pusieron en marcha Programasde Apertura a partir de los ochenta, demuestra que un mayor nivel decomercio internacional trae consigo grandes beneficios, medidos entérminos de empleo, inversión y crecimiento económico con una sustancialreducción de la pobreza, logrando también que algunas naciones se ponganal nivel de los países industrializados.___________ABSTRACT:The integration of the world economy over the past twenty years has beenvery important. The experience of the past 1980 globalizers show thatthe increasing international trade can have great benefits, measured interms of employment, investment and economic growth, falling povertyand enabling some nations to catch up with industrialized countries.
