Abstract

Partiendo de esta premisa, se explica la importancia que revistepara una economía, contar con una mano de obra capacitada yexperimentada, que genere recursos que permitan mantener cierto nivelde ahorro, indispensable para la inversión. Es decir, en términos de la teoríadel Capital Humano, la productividad del trabajo expresada en la tasa derendimiento de la educación._________ABSTRACT:The saving, is considered one of the main variables to reach the Growth.Starting of this premise the importance is explained that has an economy tocount on an enabled and experienced manual labor, that generatesresources that allow to maintain certain level of saving; indispensable forthe investment. That is to say, in terms of the theory of the Human Capital,the productivity of the work expressed in the rate of yield of the education.
