Con este artículo se pretende demostrar cómo a través del desarrollo de la sociedad,de las organizaciones y de la propia teoría administrativa, el trato que la gerencia daa las personas en la empresa, ha sido el mismo del enfoque clásico, un recurso másde producción". Se destacan consideraciones conceptuales y denominaciones aplicadasque son soportes críticos para el tema en discusión._________________ABSTRACT:This article pretends to show how a long of the society development, of theorganizations and own administrative theory, the treat that the manger´s office givesto the person the person In the company, has been the same of the classic focus,"one more resort of production".
