Abstract

En el artículo se analiza tanto la política comercial como la cambiaria para el loaanos comprendidos entre 1960 - 1999. Para este mismo período se estudia los efectosde dicha política en las exportaciones e importaciones. El lapso de estudios sesubdividió en tres periodos: Primer periodo 1960 - 1967, segundo periodo 1967 -1990 y tercer periodo 1990- 1999. Esta subdivisión permite estudiar tanto las transformacionesy los cambios internos como los fenómenos externos que han afectadoa la economía colombiana.ABSTRACT:This article examines both trade policy and monetary policy from 1960 to 1999,and the implication of those policies in the exports and imports. The study wasdeveloped in three periods. The first period from 1960 to 1967, the second periodfrom 1967 to 1990, and the third period from 1990 to 1999. This sub division permitsthe study of the transformations and internal changes as well as the externalphenomenon that have affected the Colombian economy.
