Factores tecnológicos para implementar la gestión inteligente de las playas desde la percepción de los visitantes de Rosarito, Baja California

Abstract

En esta investigación se identifican los factores tecnológicos para la gestión inteligente de las playas de Rosarito, Baja California, desde la percepción del visitante. A partir del método cuantitativo, se aplicaron 595 cuestionarios vía internet a visitantes regionales para conocer su opinión. En los resultados, se encontraron dos factores tecnológicos que benefician la percepción de confianza de las personas que acostumbran arribar a esta zona del municipio: 1) herramientas para control de aforo y acceso a información sobre las condiciones de la zona turística de playas y 2) tecnologías de apoyo para la gestión del espacio en las playas. El desarrollo de una estrategia integral apoyada de la gestión inteligente es necesaria para atender los nuevos requerimientos de los turistas.
