Efectos de la Política Nacional de Consolidación y Reconstrucción Territorial en la eco-nomía de las regiones en conflicto de Colombia

Abstract

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar el impacto económico de la Política Nacional de Consolidación y Reconstrucción Territorial, implementada en Colombia durante el mandato del presidente Juan Manuel Santos. Para esto, se analizó el desempeno de la recaudación tributaria en las regiones seleccionadas por la política, en dicho periodo presidencial (2010-2014); se elaboró un estudio econométrico, y se utilizaron metodologías de impacto cuasi-experimentales (propensity score matching y Diferencia en Diferencias). Los resultados evidencian un incremento en los impuestos recaudados en las zonas intervenidas, así como una mayor independencia fiscal. Esto confirma la importancia de las intervenciones políticas para mejorar la economía regional.
