Efecto de la responsabilidad social empresarial sobre el posconflicto colombiano: el caso de las pymes

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación fue identificar el efecto de la responsabilidad social empresarial desde las dimensiones económica, ético-legal y filantrópica de las pymes colombianas sobre prácticas empresariales inmersas en el posconflicto, como lo son la vinculación y el apoyo a emprendimientos de víctimas y excombatientes. La metodología es explicativa con enfoque cuantitativo; se encuestó a 492 gerentes de pymes de las ciudades de Cali, Medellín y Bogotá. A partir de los resultados, se pudo identificar que las dimensiones filantrópica y económica tienen un efecto positivo sobre las prácticas empresariales del posconflicto, es decir, cuando la empresa ayuda a la comunidad y prioriza el impacto económico, se favorece la vinculación y apoyo a los actores, mientras que en la dimensión ético-legal sucede lo contrario.
