Sistemas integrados de gestión de las normas ISO 9001 e ISO 30301 en el contexto notarial colombiano

Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es proponer una metodología de implementación de sistemas integrados de gestión de las normas ISO 9001 de 2015 e ISO 30301 de 2011 en el contexto notarial colombiano. Con este fin, se estableció la metodología de implementación a partir de la revisión de literatura y se aplicó en una notaría del departamento de Cundinamarca en Colombia. Se utilizó un cuestionario para determinar si existen incidencias favorables durante el proceso de implementación y, por otro lado, se caracterizó el servicio de escrituras públicas con el fin de identificar cambios en el desempeno. Los resultados indican que la metodología de implementación favorece al cuidado del modelo organizacional, a la reducción de la burocracia ineficaz y ofrece beneficios puntuales de desempeno.
