Las incapacidades y estilos de aprendizaje organizacional: estudio comparativo de las Mipymes en Bogotá - Colombia y Durango – México

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo consiste en analizar la influencia que las incapacidades de aprendizaje organizacional tienen en los estilos de aprendizaje organizacional en las Mipymes en Bogotá (Colombia) y realizar un análisis comparativo con los hallazgos en la ciudad de Durango (México). Para esto se aplicó un instrumento a una muestra aleatoria de 386 empresas de Bogotá y se construyeron 28 modelos de regresión lineal. A partir de lo anterior se encontró evidencia estadísticamente significativa de la influencia de las incapacidades de aprendizaje organizacional en los estilos de aprendizaje en las empresas estudiadas. Adicionalmente, se encontró que la ceguera y la candidez fueron las incapacidades organizacionales de mayor predominancia en ambas ciudades.
