Creación de un método de integración de grupos de interés al gobierno de las empresas

Abstract

La teoría de los stakeholders plantea idealmente la participación efectiva de estos en el gobierno de las empresas. Aunque existe consenso académico y empresarial para integrarlos a la gestión, la doctrina y la práctica empresarial no presentan instrumentos técnicos adecuados para su concreción. Verificado este hecho por revisión bibliográfica e investigación de campo en 20 empresas multinacionales, se propuso el objetivo de crear un método, basado en la ética dialógica, destinado a facilitar la integración progresiva y gradual de stakeholders no accionariales a los procesos de toma de decisiones, como expresión de su participación en el gobierno de las empresas. Para ello se trabajó sobre los resultados de la investigación en 20 empresas y la experiencia estructurada brindada por la bibliografía especializada.
