Revisión del tema de sinergias corporativas: origen, resultados y beneficiarios

Abstract

La materialización de sinergias es un reto para la administración de empresas multinegocios. En este texto se presenta el estado del conocimiento sobre las sinergias en el subcampo de la estrategia corporativa. Para ello se estudian artículos publicados entre 2003 y 2015 en revistas académicas, reconocidas por el Institute for Scientific Información ISI Web of Science y por Scimago. Esta revisión de tema diferencia las investigaciones que abordan las sinergias como resultado en la etapa de adquisición y se centra en la de integración, donde la práctica administrativa toma mayor relevancia. Por lo tanto, se propone estudiarlas sinergias a partir de criterios de clasificación identificados en la literatura: origen, resultados y beneficiarios. De esta forma, reconocer la diversidad de sinergias abre un camino para enfrentar el reto de la administración multinegocios.
