Empresas de internacionalización acelerada: estudio de casos en Venezuela

Abstract

Este trabajo estudia la internacionalización acelerada de empresas venezolanas del tipo International New Ventures con el objetivo de describir sus características y capacidades para luego clasificarlas y valorar las cualidades de sus fundadores. Se utilizó como metodología el estudio de 6 casos de empresas de producción y servicios. Como conclusiones, las International New Ventures de Venezuela exhiben características similares a aquellas de la literatura, pero las distingue el hecho de que buscan permanecer en el anonimato y pasar desapercibidas tanto como sea posible. La complejidad y la incertidumbre del entorno del país, producto de la cambiante normativa del gobierno y de los numerosos controles que existen para comercializar con otros países, surgen como razones para este comportamiento.
