Pertenencia y compromiso: Factores relevantes en la transición generacional de empresas familiares. Caso Constructoras Campeche, México

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo describir la percepción del sentido de pertenencia y compromiso en los familiares accionistas de empresas familiares del sector de la construcción con especialidad en vías terrestres. El diseno de la investigación es no experimental descriptivo transeccional. Se realizó una entrevista con los propietarios para identificar las empresas familiares y posteriormente se aplicó un cuestionario a 64 gerentes integrantes de los respectivos consejos de administración. Los resultados evidencian un mayor sentido de pertenencia que de compromiso con la organización. Se concluye que estos factores influyen en la transición generacional debido a que los accionistas que forman parte de la familia participan en el consejo de administración de la empresa.
