Los equipos de trabajo como estrategia de diferenciación

Abstract

El trabajo en equipo se ha empleado con el fin de resolver diversos problemas para ayudar a las organizaciones a conseguir sus objetivos organizacionales. En este artículo discutimos una aplicación en la cual se utilizan equipos de trabajo para crear rasgos que ayuden a una companía a diferenciarse de otra.Se utilizan algunas herramientas para establecer dicha diferenciación en un proveedor de servicios de salud en donde la competencia es particularmente crítica debido a regulaciones gubernamentales. Los resultados presentados pueden extenderse a otro tipo de organizaciones en negocios y contextos diferentes.
