Abstract

EN ESTE CASO SE PRESENTAN LAS SIGUIENTES SITUACIONES: Al analizar los programas de Promoción de la Salud y Prevención de la enfermedad de ASOMED E.P.S. se encontró que éstos no respondían a las necesidades de la población. Dichos programas no estaban disenados a partir de un estudio epidemiológico adecuado. Por tanto, se proceso la información disponible y se procedió a disenar un Programa de Promoción de la Salud y Prevención de la Enfermedad que respondiera a las características del estudio adelantado. OBJETIVOS DEL CASO: -Mostrar la importancia de un adecuado diseno de proyectos. -Puntualizar la necesidad de aplicar las herramientas administrativas y gerenciales adecuadas para el correcto funcionamiento de una empresa de salud. -Demostrar que el conocimiento de la Ley 100 / 1993, permite un adecuado desempeno directivo en las organizaciones de la salud.
