Abstract

En los actuales ambientes de globalización y competencias, las organizaciones están siendo presionadas a ajustar cambios a gran escala en sus estructuras y procesos. En perspectiva se están buscando estructuras más planas, desjerarquizadas, flexibles y ágiles.Los investigadores organizacionales están observando que en muchos casos estos disenos, no obstante tengan esta claridad de propósitos, no logran los resultados esperados, justamente por no considerar la naturaleza cultural, con su trasfondo sicosociorganizacional, que en última instancia determina la estructura y sus posibilidades de transformación.Este trabajo pretende presentar las nuevas perspectivas del diseno organizacional a la luz del enfoque cultural y de aprendizaje, que en nuestra hipótesis le otorgaría mayor efectividad al fundamentarle unos mayores soportes científicos y técnicos
