Las Veedurias Y Su Sistema Estructural: Propuesta Para El Desarrollo Del Control Social En Colombia

Abstract

En este artículo, producto del avance en la investigación sobre desarrollo de mecanismos contra la corrupción, se presenta la forma como las veedurías se pueden organizar mediante un sistema que involucra su parte de estructura administrativa, de control y de agremiación, con el que las veedurías pueden funcionar en forma coordinada a partir de su implementación y desarrollo, desde las veedurías de los barrios, pasando por los niveles municipal y departamental, hasta llegar al orden nacional.
