La transformación correcta

Abstract

A mediados de 1980 terminé un libro intitulado "La teoría del Valor-Trabajo y el Sistema de Precios"", cuyo centro de atención es el llamado "problema de la transformación" (de valores en precios de producción). Debido a que la solución de este problema depende en gran medida de la demostración de que tal transformación es en sí misma teóricamente necesaria, de la consistencia de conceptos tales como "valor" y "precio", de la demostración sobre una posible agregacióncoherente del trabajo y, finalmente, de la demostración de que esta solución puede ser generalizada a cualesquier condiciones del mercado (como, por ejemplo, precios de desequilibrio y no perfectamente competitivos), solamente tres capítulos de los diez que contiene el libro tratandirectamente de la transformación en precios de producción y, hasta ahora, he evitado presentar estos tres capítulos independientemente de los restantes siete.
