El bienestar desde la ética. Una visión de género

Abstract

El presente artículo pretende abordar la problemática que surge al buscar establecer lo que es el bienestar, partiendo de aproximaciones sobre el hedonismo, los deseos, la satisfacción de preferencias, el estatus y los bienes primarios de Rawls, principalmente, el auto respeto. Además de John Rawls, se retomarán algunas ideas de autores como Amartya Sen, Martha Nussbaum entre otros para guiar al lector sobre reflexiones que construyan un aparato teórico que permita evidenciar aspectos socialmente aceptados en cuanto al bienestar de las mujeres, pero que no necesariamente garantizan una óptima condición vital de las mismas.
