La literatura sobre gobierno abierto en español. Análisis sobre las dinámicas de producción y citación

Abstract

Gobierno abierto es uno de los conceptos que más ha atraído a profesionales y académicos dedicados a la administración pública. Es posible advertir la aparición de un volumen creciente de trabajos académicos dedicados a analizar el concepto y experiencias de gobierno abierto en la región. Este artículo analiza la producción académica en español sobre gobierno abierto. Se identifican textos publicados en revistas especializadas entre 2009 y 2015, y se caracterizan los principales canales de publicación, los niveles de indización de las revistas que publican artículos del tema y las referencias bibliográficas. Esto se complementa con un análisis de redes de citación y un modelo estadístico que evalúa determinantes de centralidad en la red. Entre los hallazgos destaca que los documentos no académicos tienen mayores probabilidades de ser centrales en la red de citación.
