Le renforcement international des droits de propriete intellectuelle

Abstract

Le systeme des droits de propriete intellectuelle (DPI) a connu cette derniere decennie de profondes mutations au niveau international, avec notamment la signature de l'accord relatif aux " aspects des droits de propriete intellectuelle qui touchent au commerce " (ADPIC) ou accord TRIPS, negocie dans le cadre de l'Uruguay Round. Cet accord prevoit que les membres de l'Organisation Mondiale du Commerce (OMC) adoptent et fassent respecter des standards minimums en matiere de DPI. L'article presente une revue de la litterature economique relative aux effets a long terme de l'accord TRIPS.
