Abstract

Cet article presente une evaluation d'ensemble de la politique de Reduction du Temps de Travail en France, centree sur les changements de l'organisation du travail et du mode de production. C'est en effet la que se joue probablement le succes ou l'echec de la politique suivie. La mise en oeuvre des lois Aubry se traduira-t-elle par un derapage des couts de production ou fournira-t-elle au contraire un levier pour une modernisation profonde du mode de production ?
