Unidad de Servicios Estudiantiles Integrales Propuesta para reflexionar acerca de la forma en que se deben prestar los servicios al estudiante
Abstract
Las Instituciones Educativas tendrán que realizar un esfuerzo para hacer y crecer con calidad y bajo costo. La eficiencia y eficacia se deberán aplicar en cada proceso administrativo, sin menoscabo de la calidad de los servicios que ofrece, para formar profesionistas exitosos. Este desarrollo tecnológico alcanzado hoy en día se debe aprovechar para dar respuesta oportuna a las necesidades de nuestros alumnos; es deber de la administración apoyarse en esas tecnologías para eficientar los procesos administrativos En este contexto y en el marco de la revisión de la estructura organizacional de los Institutos Tecnológicos, se propone la revisión crítica de la forma como hemos trabajado hasta ahora y, como resultado de ello, sugerir alguna alternativa que, aunada al apoyo tecnológico, redunde en un mejor sistema administrativo. Por lo anterior, se pone a consideración del lector la creación de la Unidad de Servicios Estudiantiles Integrales, en un afán de transparentar los esfuerzos de mejora continua de nuestra Institución.Download Info
