Ein ifo Geschäftsklima für Hessen

Abstract

Das monatliche ifo Geschäftsklima wird nicht nur für die deutsche Wirtschaft insgesamt, sondern auch für einzelne Bundesländer ausgewiesen. Diese Regionalisierung erlaubt wichtige Einsichten für die regionale Konjunkturanalyse und ergänzt die amtliche Statistik. Der vorliegende Beitrag führt das Geschäftsklima samt seinen Komponenten für das Bundesland Hessen ein. Neben einem Gesamtindex werden auch Zeitreihen für das Verarbeitende Gewerbe, den Handel, den Dienstleistungssektor und das Bauhauptgewerbe vorgestellt. Ein Vergleich des Geschäftsklimas zwischen Deutschland und Hessen zeigt, dass der grundsätzliche Verlauf sehr ähnlich ist. Es gibt jedoch Zeitpunkte, an denen sich die Entwicklung in Hessen von der in Deutschland unterscheidet. Zum Abschluss wird die aktuelle konjunkturelle Entwicklung in Hessen beleuchtet.
