Eine Halbzeitbilanz – so bewerten Ökonominnen und Ökonomen die Wirtschaftspolitik der Ampel-Koalition

Abstract

Das 44. Ökonomenpanel von ifo und FAZ widmet sich den aktuellen wirtschaftspolitischen Debatten in Deutschland. Es legt dabei einen Fokus auf die wirtschaftspolitischen Vorhaben der Bundesregierung in verschiedenen Bereichen von Energie über Einkommen bis zur Cannabislegalisierung. An der Umfrage nahmen 205 VWL-Professorinnen und VWL-Professoren teil. Sie stellen der Wirtschaftspolitik der Bundesregierung mit einer Durchschnittsnote von 4,0 ein durchwachsenes Zeugnis aus. Mit Blick auf die Energiepolitik werden der Vorschlag eines Industriestrompreises, das »Heizungsgesetz« sowie der endgültige Ausstieg aus der Atomkraft von einer großen Mehrheit abgelehnt. Während die starke Anhebung des Bürgergelds ebenso abgelehnt wird, findet die moderate Erhöhung des Mindestlohns mehrheitlich Unterstützung. Die Reform des Elterngelds sowie die Legalisierung von Cannabis spalten die Profession.
