Welche Geschäftsrisiken sehen Unternehmen ab 2023?

Abstract

Die Auswirkungen des Kriegs in Europa und der Inflation gelten als die größten Geschäftsrisiken für das laufende Jahr. Das ist das Ergebnis des Rankings der ifo Management-Umfrage vom August 2022. Knapp 300 Manager*innen deutscher Unternehmen wurden hierfür befragt. Finanziell abgesichert haben sich gegen derartige Risiken gut ein Drittel der teilnehmenden Firmen. Risikomanagement als Teil der organisationalen Resilienz ist relativ weit verbreitet, so existiert das bei drei Viertel der Unternehmen – häufig in Reaktion auf die Covid-19-Pandemie – eingerichtete Krisenmanagementsystem aktuell noch. Tendenziell wurden am ehesten bei kleinen Betrieben die Krisenstäbe inzwischen wieder aufgelöst. Des Weiteren ist hier eine Verschiebung von permanenten hin zu im Bedarfsfall aus dem Managementteam gebildeten Krisenstäben zu beobachten.
