Branchen im Fokus: Architektur- und Ingenieurbüros

Abstract

In den beiden vergangenen Jahren behinderten Materialmangel sowie erhebliche Preisanstiege die Bauwirtschaft. Eine Folge für die Architektur- und Ingenieurbüros ist ein höherer Zeit- und Kostenaufwand für die laufende Kostenkontrolle bei Projekten. Preisanpassungsklauseln führen vor dem Hintergrund der schwierigen Marktlage zu rechtlichen Unsicherheiten. Im März 2022 brach aufgrund des Krieges in der Ukraine die Stimmung in der deutschen Wirtschaft ein. Seitdem trübt sich das Geschäftsklima bei den Architektur- und Ingenieurbüros ein. Weitere Herausforderungen sind die Neuausrichtung der staatlichen Bauförderung, Energiepreissteigerungen und die zunehmende Inflation. Diese Faktoren erschweren die Planungen für die kommenden Monate. Künftige Chancen und Herausforderungen liegen in einer nachhaltigen städtischen Planung.
