Abstract

The Coronavirus crisis has highlighted the importance of digitalization and given it a considerable boost. But there is still a lot of catching up to do – particularly in schools, the healthcare sector, and public administration, where policymakers should drive digitalization forward. In addition to expanding the infrastructure, a framework should be put in place to promote the development of new digital business models.
