From One Record to the Next: “Tax Revenue Estimates” Working Group Upwardly Revises Forecasts Again – On the results of the Tax Revenue Estimate of May 2018

Abstract

The “Tax Revenue Estimates” Working Group upwardly revised it tax revenue forecast again in May 2018. Last year’s tax revenues were nearly as high as forecast in November 2017. Tax revenues of around 8 billion euros are expected this year. For the year ahead, the working group also upwardly revised its figures, whereby the adjustments were far greater at around 11 billion to 16 billion euros.
