Business Survey Spotlight: Record Values in the Business Survey of the Service Sector: What Drives Up the Business Climate Indicator?

Abstract

Developments in the business climate indicator for the German Service Sector were extremely positive in 2015. This trend was mainly due to one large segment within services, namely real estate activities, and should not be automatically extended to the service sector as a whole.
