Abstract

A new design for the electricity market, or the economic organisation of the electricity market, is currently being debated in parliament. Against the backdrop of these changes, Maximilian Faltlhauser, CEO of Faltlhauser Energie GmbH, Munich, presents approaches to solving the problem from the white paper by the German Federal Ministry of Economics.
