Abstract

Greece staged a last-minute recovery from its heart attack (Grexit). A trust fund is supposed to manage Greek assets. The repayment of claims against Greek bonds will be made over longer periods of time at low interest rates. Manfred Borchert, formerly of the University of Münster, questions whether this is realistic.
